			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last year saw a big increase in schools colleges and universities asking EBO to arrange Team Building activities for their students.  The theme seems to be set for the same to happen again this year.  Leadership training and team working are particular favourites.  Taking the student out of their normal environment and allowing them to confront problem solving as an individual or as part of a team allows staff to assess the individual in a completely new way.</p>
